Meegan joined Intrepid in February 2023 as its first dedicated Chief People Officer, adding Purpose to her executive remit in 2025. A strategically and commercially astute leader, Meegan brings over 20 years’ experience driving successful business transformations and employee engagement in high-stakes work environments and is known for her collaborative, calm and compassionate nature. At Intrepid, she oversees all aspects of people and culture for its 3,500+ team members, leaders and crew across 118 countries globally. As Chief People & Purpose Officer, she also leads Intrepid’s program of purpose and impact work, including its not-for-profit arm the Intrepid Foundation, with a focus on embedding responsible travel and the company’s mission and values. Outside of work, Meegan keeps busy with her young family and enjoys Melbourne’s sport and performing arts scene, where she is based.
