Siddarth Hirdaramani is a Director of the Hirdaramani Group, one of Sri Lanka’s most respected and diversified business conglomerates. Since joining the Group’s Board in 2011, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction and driving sustainable growth across multiple regions.

In his current capacity, Siddarth oversees the Group’s Strategy and Business Development functions for its apparel manufacturing operations in Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Africa, guiding the company’s evolution into a truly global enterprise. He also leads the Group’s retail expansion and investment strategy, with a focus on innovation, diversification and long-term value creation.

Beyond his executive role, Siddarth is deeply committed to promoting sustainability and entrepreneurship. He serves as a Board Member of Biodiversity Sri Lanka, where he contributes to advancing environmental stewardship and corporate responsibility and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, fostering collaboration and leadership among business professionals.

Siddarth holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD. With a strong belief in purposeful business and global citizenship, he continues to champion initiatives that balance commercial success with social and environmental impact.
