Jaehee Oh is the Leader of the ESG Bureau at POSCO Holdings, the holding company of the POSCO Group, which is one of South Korea’s major conglomerates leading the global steel, rechargeable battery materials, and energy sectors. In this role, Mr. Oh manages the group's sustainability strategy and corporate governance. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in corporate sustainability, procurement operations, and value chain management.

Since joining POSCO in 2004, Mr. Oh established a solid background in global supply chain management. Recognizing his capabilities, the company selected him as a Japan Regional Specialist in 2009. This expertise led to his appointment as the Procurement Manager at POSCO JAPAN from 2014 to 2019, where he managed cross-border sourcing operations. Upon returning to headquarters in 2019, he shifted his focus to corporate sustainability and developed the group-wide CSV (Creating Shared Value) strategy.

Following the establishment of POSCO Holdings in 2022, he was appointed to lead the ESG Bureau. In this position, Mr. Oh oversees the group’s overarching sustainability agenda, including ESG data management for corporate decision-making. Under his leadership, the ESG Bureau functions as the management office for consolidating and standardizing non-financial metrics across global affiliates. By establishing this integrated data governance, he converts sustainability data into structured insights, supporting the board and executive management in data-driven risk management, sustainable investment decisions, and carbon neutrality objectives.
