Aarju Joshi is the Lead of the Advanced Research Lab at F1Soft International Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering fintech company driving digital transformation across Nepal’s financial ecosystem. Working at the intersection of innovation, responsible business, and executive strategy, she supports initiatives that translate emerging ideas into practical business value.
She is also a founding member of the F1Soft ESG Council, where she contributes to advancing sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and responsible business practices within the organization. Recognizing the growing importance of sustainability as a strategic priority for private sector institutions, Aarju championed the need for F1Soft to join the United Nations Global Compact and played a key role in coordinating the company’s membership journey. She also contributed to F1Soft becoming a signatory of the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to inclusion, equity, and corporate accountability.
In her dual role across innovation and ESG, Aarju brings a practical perspective to Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence, particularly on how businesses can move from commitments to implementation through governance, data, systems, stakeholder engagement, and leadership accountability.
Aarju holds an MBA from Kathmandu University School of Management. In 2019, she received a scholarship for an exchange program at Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland, where she participated in the Development Lab for Design Thinking Course. Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to responsible innovation, inclusive leadership, and advancing corporate responsibility through purposeful action.
