Randhula de Silva is dedicated to designing solutions that generate simultaneous economic, cultural, and ecological value. As Founder and Chair of Good Life X, she pioneers initiatives driving nature-positive economic growth across South Asia. Her cross-sectoral leadership includes previous roles as Chief Disruptor at GIZ Sri Lanka and founding CEO of Hatch Works.
Co-author of the THRIVE Canvas, she bridges futures strategies, innovation, and regenerative economics to transform traditional industries into future-proof models. Randhula integrates embodied leadership into ecosystem building and also operates as a multidisciplinary arts producer, fostering creative expression across fine arts, film, music, and literature.
An alumnus of SEALA 9 and a CRISP Chevening Fellow from the University of Oxford, Randhula holds a Master’s in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s in Business Economics from the University of Colombo.
