Krithika Iyer Shivakumar leads Sustainability and External Relations at Grundfos India, bringing over nine years of experience in manufacturing, environmental management, and public affairs. She drives initiatives focused on climate action, circular economy, and stakeholder engagement across customers, partners, and public sector entities.

Krithika has led projects aligned with global frameworks such as CDP and SBTi, and manages sustainability certifications including USGBC LEED, TRUE, and WELL, aimed at improving climate and water performance and enhancing user experience.

Her work also spans social impact, where she promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion—managing a neurodivergent team and developing inclusive employment model.

A recipient of the IWA-Grundfos Youth Action Fellowship, she has represented India at various global forums, including the United Nations, contributing to water and climate policy through collaboration with ministries, embassies, and international bodies.

Krithika holds a Master’s in Solar Energy, combining technical expertise with sustainability leadership.
