Ayesha Aziz is the Group Manager Sustainability at Packages Group, where she leads the Group's sustainability strategy, driving the integration of decarbonization, climate action and ESG into business strategy and operations across its manufacturing companies in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. With over 22 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years with Packages Group, she has led the development and implementation of the Group's climate strategy, GHG management, ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems, resource efficiency, responsible supply chains and sustainability reporting aligned with GRI and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.

She has spearheaded strategic collaborations with organizations including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Danish Energy Agency, UN Global Compact, UN Women, the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Employers' Federation of Pakistan (EFP), WWF, CERB and other national and international partners to accelerate industrial decarbonization, sustainable procurement, gender equality and responsible business practices. Under her leadership, Packages Group was awarded first prize in IFC's Climate2Equal programme for advancing women's participation in climate action and technical roles.

Ayesha is a strong advocate for business-led climate action and frequently represents the private sector at national and international forums, sharing practical approaches to industrial decarbonization, value chain transformation and sustainable development.
