Shamarukh Fakhruddin is a Transformation Strategist and growth-driven market leader, and a Director at Urmi Group, championing consumer insight–driven growth, agro innovation, sustainable textiles, and ESG. She leads strategic HR, Sustainability, and the group's diversification into agriculture through AgroSAL Limited and activewear brand Turaag Active, while coordinating closely with Urmi's production and supply chain units to ensure timely delivery, quality, and customization for bulk corporate orders. An IBA graduate with 28+ years across Unilever, Lafarge-Holcim, BRAC, and Quantum, she has driven Bangladesh's first SBTi commitment, award-winning SDG and circularity initiatives, and successive GRI sustainability reports.
