Ben Secretario currently serves as the Interim Executive Director at the United Nations Global Compact Network Philippines (GCNP), where he oversees national programs on the UNGC’s Forward Faster Initiatives—spanning Climate Action, Water Resilience, Gender Equality, Living Wage, and Finance & Investments—as well as SME and supply chain engagements.

A recipient of the New Zealand Aid Scholarship, Ben earned his Master of Entrepreneurship (with Distinction) from the University of Otago Business School, and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management from Ateneo de Naga University.

Before joining GCNP, he held leadership roles in the private sector, including National Sales Lead for the Philippines and Brunei at The Hershey Company, and Retail Business Unit Head at Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.), where he received multiple performance and values awards.

Deeply committed to youth and civic development, Ben serves as the Regional Champion of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines Executive Committee. He is also the immediate past-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association, and an active member of the Outstanding Students of the Philippines Alumni Community and the Ayala Young Leaders Alliance.
