Nicole Elias is an anti-corruption, ethics and governance professional with nearly a decade of experience advancing integrity, transparency and accountability across Sri Lanka's public, private and civil society sectors. She currently serves as Assistant Manager – Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Integrity and Ethics Compliance at Dialog Axiata PLC, where she leads the implementation of the Group's ABAC, Integrity and Ethics Compliance Strategy, focusing on corruption risk management, compliance monitoring, ethics training, stakeholder engagement and governance oversight.

Prior to joining Dialog, Nicole spent over seven years at Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL), where she ultimately led the organisation's Private Sector Programme. Her work included leading multiple editions of the Transparency in Corporate Reporting Assessment (TRAC), contributing to anti-corruption legislative reform, managing donor-funded projects, and conducting anti-corruption training and policy reviews for numerous organisations. She also spearheaded the Business Against Corruption (BAC) initiative in partnership with the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID) and led the Business Integrity Club (BIC), a platform bringing together 20 companies committed to promoting integrity and transparency in the private sector.

Nicole has represented organisations at national and international forums and media engagements on governance, business integrity and anti-corruption, and contributed to Sri Lanka's Open Government Partnership National Action Plans. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations (Hons.) and a Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of London.
