Rohini Behl, Chief of Sustainability, L'Oréal SAPMENA, leads the L'Oréal for the Future program for the SAPMENA Zone, which comprises over 35 markets and covers the fastest growing, most populous and young demographic markets of the world. Rohini’s key responsibility is to embed Sustainability into the way we do business. This involves initiatives across the business to steward the climate transition, safeguard nature, drive circularity and support communities.
Rohini has over 27 years of experience in brands and business. Prior to joining L'Oréal, she was Marketing Director at Fonterra Consumer Brands in Indonesia and has served in several roles for Unilever in India and globally. Rohini holds a double major in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Mumbai, Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, University of Cambridge, UK, is a founding member of the 1st cohort for the Sustainable Value Creation program at CEDEP and has trained in Circular Economy with the Ellen McArthur Foundation and Transformational Leadership with Singularity University.
