Rebecca is Associate Director at LeapFrog Investments, a pioneer in impact investing backing high-growth companies delivering healthcare, financial services and climate solutions in Emerging Asia and Africa. At LeapFrog, she leads the E&S and impact measurement and management of the Asia Financial Services portfolio, covering live transactions and existing investments across inclusive lending, insurance, payments/remittances, and fintech. Prior to LeapFrog, she co-founded a Gates Foundation-funded social enterprise and was an Equity Research analyst covering listed equities in the Asia consumer sector at Credit Suisse. She has a B.A. (Honors) in Economics-Mathematics and M.A. in Education from Columbia University.
