His career spans two leading international law firms—Allen & Overy and Linklaters—where he advised multinationals, Indonesian government institutions, and multilateral counterparties on complex transactions and alignment with good corporate governance frameworks.

At Siloam, Aga leads the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Directorate—architecting governance frameworks that translate climate and decarbonisation commitments into operational reality. His approach integrates corporate governance discipline with clinical governance rigor: decarbonisation strategies must survive board audit and regulatory scrutiny; emissions reduction targets require the same accountability infrastructure as patient safety protocols. This governance integration is essential to credible net-zero positioning—moving beyond ESG narrative to systems that embed sustainability into decision-making, capital allocation, and board-level accountability.

An Indonesian licensed advocate, Aga operationalizes this framework across Siloam's operations while advancing the organization's pursuit of EcoVadis Gold certification and spearheading Selangkah by Siloam—a flagship breast cancer screening program targeting 20,000 women—which demonstrates that sustainability and clinical impact can scale together when governance is intentional and transparent.
