Erlangga Rismantojo joined PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) in 2016 and has developed broad experience across the company's value chain, contributing to project development, business development, and subsidiary management. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term growth while integrating sustainability into core business operations.

Currently serving as Senior Project Manager (SPM) for Sustainability & Clean Ammonia, Erlangga leads the development of Pupuk Indonesia's clean ammonia business and coordinates the implementation of the company s Net Zero Emissions roadmap. He also spearheads the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into corporate strategy, ensuring sustainability is embedded across business processes, investment decisions, and operational practices.

Erlangga holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia, and a Master's degree in Environmentally Sustainable Process Technology from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. With a strong combination of technical expertise and strategic leadership, He actively promotes cross-sector collaboration with government, industry partners, academia, and civil society to accelerate the transition toward a low-carbon economy and strengthen Pupuk Indonesia's position as a regional leader in sustainable fertilizer and clean ammonia development.
