Mr. Wei is Sustainable Investment Manager and Chief ESG Analyst at E Fund Management.
Since joined E Fund in 2017, Mr. Wei initiated the company-wise responsible investment framework. He is now serve as the head of ESG team, responsible for ESG research, integration, stewardship and sustainable product innovation across all investment divisions.
Mr. Wei actively advocates for sustainable policies and has played a direct role in shaping sustainable investment standards and disclosure frameworks in the China market. He serves as member of multiple committees and reference groups of PRI, member of the ESG Committee of Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA), member of the Green and Sustainable Investment Committee of Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
Mr. Wei earned his Master's Degree in Management from New York University and Bachelor degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Washington.
