Kaif Azoor Sally leads partnerships and innovation at UN Global Compact Network Sri Lanka. He steers the Network's team across the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and project development through negotiation and long-term engagement, spanning areas including sustainable finance, SDG Innovation, disaster risk reduction and nature-based solutions, business integrity, living wage, SRHR and gender equality.
He is also Co-founder and Director of Innovation at the Climate Intelligence Network, whose citizen science programme Mission 1.5 was ranked second globally by the World Youth Development Forum, and he served as Youth Advisor to UNICEF South Asia through their YPAT programme.
Kaif holds an LLB (Hons) and a BA in Economics and Development, specialized training in the Harvard PON interest-based negotiation, and was a scholar under the Summer Sustainability, Climate, and Environmental Education Programme at the University of Oxford in 2025.
